We recently asked Janine & Greg at Ad Infinitem to source a specific product, in a relatively small quantity of 50, that required a very precise logo and wording and all within a relatively tight budget. We also required them to be delivered in a very short timeframe, and there were a number of layers of people involved in the final sign-off. To say we were a challenging client is an understatement. Janine’s calm approach and capacity to source a product of exceptional quality, be the conduit between the supplier and myself to achieve the perfect outcome was extraordinary. She took the time make recommendations of colour changes and slight alterations in our design to ensure that the best outcome was achieved – and it was. These items were significant in acknowledging a large number of donations, and the generous donors were delighted to receive an acknowledgement of this quality.
