Are there minimum QTY orders?
Yes there are, depending on the product, we generally don’t do ‘singular’ promotional items.
How long does it take to receive our order?
Once your artwork and product selection has been made, generally we can turnaround your order within 2 weeks. This is subject to transport of materials.
What can you embroider on?
We can embroider your design on pretty much anything.
Are there any setup costs?
All promotional items require some sort of ‘setup’ on first orders, this is a once-off fee, unless you want to use a different design in future.
